Welcome!
I’m so glad you’re here. You are taking the brave first step towards your healing journey and I am honored to be considered! Know that I too have stood in those same shoes, searching for the “right fit” in a therapist. I know first hand how scary it can be to open up, be vulnerable, and establish trust with someone you don’t know in an effort to achieve personal growth and healing. I can also tell you, as a result of taking that leap of faith, I have experienced true life transformation as a result and I want that same thing for you! For this reason, I pride myself on creating a safe space for this to take place and build solid relationships with each of my clients.
I specialize in helping clients embrace the complete range of emotions and experiences life brings in an effort to facilitate real growth and healing. I use CBT, a type of therapy frequently used to treat anxiety, to reframe negative thinking patterns and behaviors. I also use evidence-based approaches like EMDR and Brainspotting, both powerful brain-body modalities designed to promote deep healing. To further support your journey, I integrate holistic practices that nurture the connection between your mind, body, and spirit, creating a path to true and lasting wellness.
I provide individual therapy for adults 18+, primarily women, who feel overwhelmed by anxiety, past pain, or difficult relationships, build emotional strength, and create more balance in their lives. My goal is to support them along the journey, strengthening their mental capacity to navigate life circumstances, even when it’s hard.
